Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate/Startup Paralegal (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support transactional legal matters involving startup corporate work, securities filings, venture financing, and real estate transactions
• Prepare draft documents, manage file organization, and coordinate signature pages and closings
• Independently prepare and file corporate and securities documents with minimal guidance

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate/startup or securities paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm
• Hands-on experience with startup corporate matters, venture financing, and securities filings
• Direct experience with Carta onboarding and cap table management
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment
• Strong proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and compliance management
