Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inhouse Paralegal REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret changes in laws, providing guidance to stakeholders
• Conduct legal research to support compliance initiatives and mitigate risks
• Manage corporate governance tasks, including documentation and filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paralegal roles focusing on compliance, corporate governance, or litigation support
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, with multi-jurisdictional experience highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with document management tools is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current on regulatory developments
