Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to support attorneys in various business and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate governance matters, including entity formation and corporate records
• Draft and review corporate documents, contracts, and confidentiality agreements
• Support attorneys with commercial litigation and business disputes, including document review and case organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in corporate, business, commercial litigation, or intellectual property
• Experience with corporate governance documents and business agreements
• Familiarity with confidentiality agreements and protection of proprietary business information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
