Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join its legal and compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and summarize federal, state, and local laws impacting multi-state employment and PEO operations
• Conduct legal and regulatory research to support compliance initiatives and policy updates
• Assist with corporate governance, business filings, and legal administrative matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification preferred
• 5+ years of paralegal experience in compliance, corporate governance, and/or PEO experience
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws and multi-state regulatory frameworks
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills; HRIS experience is a plus
