Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal (Remote Contract Engagement).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file certificates of formation, bylaws, and operating agreements for legal entities
• Provide contract support for standard corporate agreements and assist with SEC, IRS, and UCC paperwork
• Maintain and file corporate records, perform legal research, and assist with corporate transactions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in a large corporate firm or legal department
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate highly preferred
• Experience supporting a sophisticated law firm or major corporation's corporate legal department
• Outstanding references
