Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal (Entity & Fund Formation Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the formation and maintenance of legal entities
• Assist with transaction closings and respond to KYC and regulatory requests
• Maintain and update structure charts and legal documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience with private fund structures, preferably at a large law firm or in-house
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in corporate governance and entity management
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to investments
