Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Corporate Paralegal will draft, review, and manage various agreements related to clinical trials and contract lifecycle management in a remote, temp-to-perm position.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage clinical trial agreements, vendor agreements, and confidentiality agreements
• Support contract lifecycle management by tracking, reporting, and executing contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certificate is a plus
• 5+ years of contract or paralegal experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments
• Strong experience with clinical trial contracting and vendor agreements
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems and e-signature tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
