Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

Collaborating with attorneys in the PL Product Design Practice Group, the full-time Corporate Paralegal will manage regulatory research and compliance tasks across Auto, Property, and Special Lines while supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct extensive regulatory research and analysis related to state laws across various products
• Track, compile, and update information on regulatory law changes and compliance efforts
• Assist in the development of resources for knowledge sharing among legal teams

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher with a minimum of 4 years of paralegal-level work experience, or a Bachelor's degree/Paralegal certificate with at least 2 years of related experience
• Experience in performing regulatory and legal research and analysis
• Familiarity with electronic research tools such as WestLaw, LEXIS, and/or NILS
• Proficiency in software applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Ability to collect, analyze, organize, and manage data and dynamic tasks
