Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

Collaborating with attorneys across various product lines, the full-time Corporate Paralegal will manage regulatory research, assist in reviewing state laws, and track compliance efforts within the PL Product Design Practice Group.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct extensive regulatory research and analysis related to Auto, Property, and Special Lines
• Assist in the review of state laws and compile updates on regulatory law changes
• Support the development of knowledge-sharing resources for compliance efforts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher with a minimum of 4 years of paralegal-level work experience, or a Bachelor's degree/Paralegal certificate with at least 2 years of related experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform regulatory and legal research in insurance statutes and regulations
• Familiarity with electronic research tools such as WestLaw, LEXIS, or NILS
• Proficiency in software applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage data collection, analysis, and dynamic task prioritization
