Job Summary
Supporting the legal team in a hybrid role, the full-time Corporate Paralegal/Contract Administrator will manage contract lifecycle processes, assist with litigation support, and maintain intellectual property organization while collaborating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and track contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting and reviewing agreements
- Provide litigation support, including updating case trackers and managing legal holds
- Maintain LSAC's intellectual property system and assist with regulatory registrations and document management
Required qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree, paralegal certificate, or significant relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or contract administration role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Proficiency with legal technology, including document management and contract lifecycle management systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite effectively
