Job Summary

Supporting the legal team in a hybrid role, the full-time Corporate Paralegal/Contract Administrator will manage contract lifecycle processes, assist with litigation support, and maintain intellectual property organization while collaborating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and track contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting and reviewing agreements
  • Provide litigation support, including updating case trackers and managing legal holds
  • Maintain LSAC's intellectual property system and assist with regulatory registrations and document management
Required qualifications
  • B.A. or B.S. degree, paralegal certificate, or significant relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or contract administration role
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
  • Proficiency with legal technology, including document management and contract lifecycle management systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite effectively
