Job Summary
Supporting the Legal & Compliance team, the full-time remote Corporate Paralegal will manage public company filings, board preparations, and governance records while ensuring accurate execution of legal documentation and compliance tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file periodic and current reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel
- Administer board and committee meeting logistics, prepare materials, and maintain governance records for domestic and foreign entities
- Support litigation matters and insurance claims by organizing documents and coordinating with outside counsel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- 8 or more years of corporate or public-company paralegal experience, including law firm and in-house settings
- Working knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, Section 16, and Nasdaq listing standards
- Familiarity with public-company filing tools and entity management software
- Experience with litigation, insurance claims, or subpoena support is a plus
