Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal for their remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with commercial agreements, corporate transactions, corporate governance matters, and legal operations
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries and recommendations to the legal team
• Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and databases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate or equivalent training
• 5-7 years of relevant paralegal experience, with 2+ years in an in-house position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Detail-oriented and able to accommodate tight deadlines
• Proficiency in legal research and experience with contract and shareholder management tools preferred
