Job Summary

Corporate Paralegal (Delaware) is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position providing approximately 10 hours of remote work per week, focusing on drafting legal documents and managing corporate filings for various business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft resolutions, consents, minutes, stock transfers, agreements, bylaws, and other legal documents for business entities
• Prepare and file articles of incorporation, amendments, and annual reports across all states
• Maintain client confidentiality and communicate effectively with clients and team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of five years of specialized experience in corporate law
• Experience with state filing systems and corporate filing platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
