Corporate Paralegal for Startups

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal with startup experience to support venture financings and corporate governance in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare draft board and stockholder consents, stock and option agreements, and assist with various agreements
• Update and maintain capitalization records and manage equity grants for multiple startup clients
• Coordinate document execution, manage signature pages, and support compliance and filing tasks

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting venture-backed startups or corporate law practices
• Hands-on experience with Carta and/or Pulley
• Experience coordinating closings and signature packets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
