Corporate Paralegal - Litigation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal - Litigation & Regulatory (In-House).

Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned litigation matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, including tracking deadlines and maintaining organized electronic case files
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and assist with regulatory filings and compliance activities
• Coordinate and communicate with in-house counsel, outside counsel, and internal business partners on routine legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field; paralegal certificate preferred
• 4-5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
• Working knowledge of federal and state court rules and basic eDiscovery processes
• Familiarity with consumer finance or other regulated industry frameworks is a plus
• Professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
