Corporate Paralegal Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic in-house legal team, the full-time Corporate Paralegal & Legal Operations Specialist will provide legal and operational assistance across mergers and acquisitions, litigation management, and contract administration while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of M&A transactions and advisor recruiting matters, including due diligence and closing coordination
- Manage litigation and dispute documentation, coordinating with outside counsel on information requests and deadlines
- Review and process routine agreements, maintaining executed agreement repositories and supporting the contract lifecycle management platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional in a corporate legal department or law firm
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, or litigation management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and business stakeholders
