Corporate Partnerships Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Partnerships Lead, this remote position will manage proposal processes, oversee funder report submissions, and provide financial oversight for corporate philanthropic engagements while ensuring smooth operations within the Development & Strategic Engagement team.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage proposal processes and ensure timely, high-quality submissions
• Track and prepare funder reports, coordinating with Relationship Managers and program teams
• Maintain oversight of funding pipelines and manage grant agreements for philanthropic opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in administrative, finance, operations, or project management
• Experience with grant administration at a foundation, corporation, or nonprofit organization
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
