Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate Payroll & Tax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the accuracy, compliance, and quality of the corporate payroll function, ensuring in-house processing
  • Manage tax compliance and jurisdictional matters, maintaining relationships with tax authorities
  • Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes and serve as the payroll compliance subject-matter expert
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including full-cycle, in-house payroll processing
  • Experience managing multi-state payroll and associated tax filings
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll preparation, internal controls, and payroll tax compliance
  • Proficiency with Workday Payroll or comparable enterprise payroll systems
