Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly operating review process, including preparation of executive-level reports and dashboards
• Support the development of annual and multi-year strategic plans aligned with financial forecasts
• Define, track, and report KPIs across business units while monitoring strategic project progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of business experience, preferably in corporate planning or performance management
• Proven experience managing executive-level reporting and performance tracking
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
