Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Processing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Corporate Loan Processing Team, including pipeline management, employee development, and performance management
Respond to loan level and system questions, assist with escalations, and maintain communication with branches
Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and perform quality control checks on loan files

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Prior Team Lead/Management experience
Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
Experience with Encompass
