Corporate Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Production Manager to provide high-level support to branch employees across all company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily support for employees through internal ticketing, calls, and video conferences for system-related issues
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass and other systems, assisting users with various loan-related topics
• Manage the Loan Support Queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS and its functionalities
• Experience in training or mentoring team members on LOS systems preferred
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes and applicable regulatory guidelines
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs
