Corporate Production Manager

Job Summary

Providing high-level support to branch employees, the full-time remote Corporate Production Manager will manage system-related issues, offer expert troubleshooting for Encompass LOS, and ensure smooth loan operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver daily support through an internal ticketing system and direct communication for system-related issues
• Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass and other systems, assisting users with various loan processing topics
• Monitor and manage the Loan Support Queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests while collaborating with team members

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS, including troubleshooting and workflow understanding
• Experience in training or mentoring team members on loan processes and systems preferred
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes, disclosures, and regulatory guidelines
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs
