Corporate Production Manager
Job Summary
Providing high-level support to branch employees, the full-time remote Corporate Production Manager will manage system-related issues, primarily focusing on Encompass LOS, while ensuring smooth loan operations for the West Coast region.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver daily support through an internal ticketing system, calls, emails, and video conferences for system-related assistance
- Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass and other systems, addressing issues faced by Loan Officers and Processors
- Monitor and manage the Loan Support Queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests and collaborating with team members
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS and its functionalities
- Experience in training or mentoring team members on LOS systems preferred
- Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes, disclosures, and regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs
