Corporate Programs Manager

Job Summary

Driving critical cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Manager, Corporate Programs will oversee the CORA program and Executive QBR planning while working remotely and collaborating with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to identify internal customer pain points and develop a prioritized roadmap of solutions
• Manage the end-to-end planning cycles of Executive QBRs, ensuring alignment with company guidance and delivering final outputs
• Maintain CORA's operating rhythms, including reporting and representation during audits and compliance exams

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives
• Proven ability to transform ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into effective tooling or process solutions
• Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience with AI to enhance workflows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders
