Corporate Real Estate Director

Job Summary

Leading corporate real estate strategy and transaction management, the full-time salaried Corporate Real Estate Director will develop and execute real estate solutions that align with business objectives, oversee third-party service providers, and ensure workplace planning meets corporate standards in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate real estate strategies that support business goals and employee experience initiatives
• Lead all real estate transaction activities, including site identification, financial analysis, and lease negotiations
• Establish workplace standards and manage relationships with brokers, architects, and other service providers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience in Corporate Real Estate or Facilities planning
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of domestic commercial real estate processes and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Project experience desirable
