Job Summary

Leading the strategy and management of a national real estate portfolio, the full-time salaried Corporate Real Estate Manager will oversee lease administration, negotiate leases, and optimize real estate transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute real estate strategies for commercial properties, including dealerships and service locations
• Lead negotiations for leases, renewals, and subleases, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
• Analyze financial data to drive cost savings and manage real estate budgets and forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 5-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate or lease management
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial leases
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost analysis
• Experience managing a national or multi-state portfolio preferred
