Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sourcing strategies for various roles and organically source candidates
  • Partner with team leads to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions
  • Manage hiring platforms, screen applications, and oversee interview processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute strategically
  • Experience building a recruiting framework and familiarity with best practices
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse
  • Some travel to corporate offices may be required
