Key Responsibilities

• Conduct front-line sourcing and manage the full recruitment process for various employee levels
• Present qualified candidates to management and assist in the hiring process
• Support internal teams with recruitment efforts for both external and internal roles

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and external sourcing strategies
• Strong preference for experience in supporting recruitment efforts
• Ability to influence and lead senior positions effectively
• Thorough understanding of talent acquisition and employee engagement concepts
• Experience in a volume-based recruitment environment
