Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment life-cycle, including screening candidates and promoting a positive candidate experience
  • Consult and advise hiring managers on the hiring process, developing job requisition details and reviewing job descriptions
  • Develop sourcing strategies for talent acquisition using various resources to maintain a pipeline of candidates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or technology
  • AIRS Certification preferred
  • Proficiency with staffing tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment
