A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their Recruiting/Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and extend job offers
- Source and manage prospective candidates throughout the placement process
- Maintain accurate records and assist with employment-related paperwork
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred, but not required
- High volume recruiting and staffing industry experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Salesmanship skills beneficial
