A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their Recruiting/Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and extend job offers
  • Source and manage prospective candidates throughout the placement process
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with employment-related paperwork
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred, but not required
  • High volume recruiting and staffing industry experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Salesmanship skills beneficial
