Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to support its rapid growth by sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for various roles across departments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop search strategies
  • Screen candidates and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 1 - 2 years in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Experience recruiting for cloud computing, sales engineering, or go-to-market roles in SaaS is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software; experience with Rippling and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • PST or MST time zone preferred
