Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter (1099 Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume positions across various departments
- Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and deliver diverse candidate pipelines
- Contribute to the improvement of recruiting processes and inclusive hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up environment
- Experience working with companies of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms, with a preference for Greenhouse
- Possess a data-driven mindset
- Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, and Okta
