A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter (1099 Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume positions across various departments
• Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and deliver diverse candidate pipelines
• Contribute to the improvement of recruiting processes and inclusive hiring strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up environment
• Experience working with companies of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms, with a preference for Greenhouse
• Possess a data-driven mindset
• Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, and Okta
