Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and ideal candidate profiles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt roles, including sourcing, screening, and selection
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality salaried candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, focusing on professional/salaried roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS and professional network platforms
