• Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively engage talent
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders
• High level of autonomy and judgment in decision-making
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong interest in technology-driven recruiting improvements
