Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Corporate Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop and manage talent acquisition projects in collaboration with global and regional teams
- Build networks and communities using various multi-sourcing channels, including social media
Required Qualifications
- University level education or equivalent
- 5-8 years of recruitment experience in RPO, in-house, or agency roles
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing methods
- Experience working with C and E level stakeholders
- Creative approach to talent acquisition and good IT skills
