Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full life-cycle recruitment processes and partner with hiring managers across the organization
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and scheduling of interviews while ensuring a streamlined hiring process
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience and maintain hiring activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a successful track record in Talent Acquisition roles
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume B2B SaaS environment
  • 1+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • A self-starter with a high motivation to succeed and grow
