Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screening interviews and assess talent to generate qualified candidates
- Consult with hiring managers on talent needs, selection processes, and candidate offers
- Represent the company to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing
- Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, including behavioral-based interviewing
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
- PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Experience in managing relationships at all organizational levels
