Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess talent to generate qualified candidates
  • Consult with hiring managers on talent needs, selection processes, and candidate offers
  • Represent the company to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up


Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing
  • Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, including behavioral-based interviewing
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
  • PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Experience in managing relationships at all organizational levels
