Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process across various business lines
  • Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to understand future hiring needs and Key Personnel requirements
  • Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods and manage multiple job requisitions concurrently
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in federal/government contract recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, and/or corporate recruiting
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications
  • Ability to develop a large and diverse applicant pool using multiple sourcing methods
