Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process across various business lines
- Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to understand future hiring needs and Key Personnel requirements
- Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods and manage multiple job requisitions concurrently
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in federal/government contract recruiting
- Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, and/or corporate recruiting
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications
- Ability to develop a large and diverse applicant pool using multiple sourcing methods
