Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across departments including operations, finance, marketing, technology, HR, legal, and compliance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while managing candidate pipelines and ATS updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting across multiple departments and levels
  • Experience with Rippling ATS or similar systems
  • Legal recruitment experience preferred
