Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across departments including operations, finance, marketing, technology, HR, legal, and compliance
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while managing candidate pipelines and ATS updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting across multiple departments and levels
- Experience with Rippling ATS or similar systems
- Legal recruitment experience preferred
