Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in both technical and non-technical roles
• Proven track record of sourcing and landing passive candidates
• Experience influencing hiring managers and managing complex searches
• Data-driven approach to managing pipelines and hiring decisions
• Proficiency with ATS and AI tools for sourcing and workflow improvement
