Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter for a 90-day contract role, this fully remote position will manage the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and attract top talent to support the company's growth in public safety solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and understand staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Five years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting
- At least two years of technical recruiting experience with a strong understanding of technology roles
- Experience in corporate recruiting at a SaaS or technology company
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
