Job Summary

Experienced in full life-cycle recruiting, the full-time Contract Technical/Corporate Recruiter will manage a diverse range of corporate hiring needs, including technical, sales, marketing, accounting/finance, and leadership roles, while working remotely and supporting the business through innovative recruiting processes and AI tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full life-cycle recruiting across various corporate roles, managing both high-volume requisitions and specialized searches
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, prioritize roles, and drive timely hiring decisions
  • Source talent proactively and build pipelines to support immediate and long-term hiring goals
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience as a hands-on corporate recruiter with expertise in both high-volume and specialized hiring environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions effectively
  • Strong sourcing skills to proactively find and engage talent at scale
  • Experience collaborating directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong interest in leveraging technology for recruiting improvements
