Job Summary

Supporting corporate recruiting efforts, the full-time Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while working remotely from Framingham, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and niche professional networks
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Experience using professional networking platforms and niche sourcing channels
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
• Working knowledge of employment law and OFCCP compliance guidelines
