Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing organization, the temporary remote Corporate Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruitment, advise business leaders on strategic hiring needs, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned roles, including talent pipeline building and candidate relationship management
  • Act as a trusted consultant to business leaders regarding strategic hiring needs and collaborate on targeted recruitment strategies
  • Develop professional networks to track market trends and implement diversity recruiting initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build consultative and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience recruiting from underrepresented populations and partnering with diversity organizations
  • Extensive experience sourcing candidates through diverse channels
