Job Summary

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Corporate Recruiter will develop talent pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for high-volume and specialized roles in Revenue Cycle Management and Customer Care
  • Collaborate with department leaders to define position requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Source qualified candidates and conduct resume screening, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Healthcare environments
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific roles and terminology
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments
