Seeking a full-time Corporate Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for up to 30 active requisitions remotely, focusing on high-volume and professional roles while partnering with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing and pipeline development
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide labor market data and influence hiring decisions
  • Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools and Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to enhance recruitment efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 years or more of recruiting experience
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting and strategic sourcing
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and adapt to changing business needs
