Job Summary
To support high-volume hiring initiatives for a large enterprise organization, the contract Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles in insurance claims, customer service, and operational support while working remotely during CST, EST, or Arizona business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring initiatives
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered sourcing platforms
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Experience supporting high-volume or class-based recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting within large enterprise organizations (35,000+ employees preferred)
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance
