Job Summary
Owning the full recruiting process, the full-time Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire talent remotely while managing a fast-paced workload of active requisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting process from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop interview plans
- Source and engage top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting across various corporate functions, including Sales, Engineering, and Marketing
- Strong sourcing skills with a focus on building talent pipelines
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to improve hiring outcomes
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging new tools, including AI, in recruiting processes
