Job Summary

Owning the full recruiting process, the full-time Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire talent remotely while managing a fast-paced workload of active requisitions.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting process from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop interview plans
  • Source and engage top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting across various corporate functions, including Sales, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Strong sourcing skills with a focus on building talent pipelines
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to improve hiring outcomes
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging new tools, including AI, in recruiting processes
