Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Corporate Recruiter, the full-time position will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, collaborating with program managers and the Business Development team to source and identify qualified candidates for current and upcoming roles in federal consulting.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, providing support across all lines of business
• Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to understand future hiring needs and competencies required for open positions
• Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods, including passive candidate identification and networking

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of overall recruiting experience, specifically in federal/government contract recruiting
• Proven experience with online job boards, passive candidate sourcing, and Boolean search techniques
• Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, financial, and/or corporate recruiting
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications
