Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

Partnering with HR and hiring managers, the full-time Corporate Recruiter will manage recruitment requisitions from start to finish, implement effective sourcing strategies, and engage with both active and passive candidates in a 100% remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define staffing strategies and ensure job descriptions are current
• Monitor recruitment requisition progress from approval to closure while developing effective recruitment programs
• Source candidates through various channels, including online databases, networking, and social media

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to create effective candidate generation strategies, including passive recruitment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday and Phenom experience preferred
• Strong talent advisor skills, including strategic problem solving and relationship building
